The employees on the line are short of hearing so they didn’t get the entire order and definitely short of personality because they ALL looked and “worked” like they did not want to be there. Got home everything was so poorly put (more like thrown) together, but at $26 for 2 sandwiches and a milkshake…we ate our disappointment.

Who ever helped me out today was very rude. He seemed like he didn’t want my business. This isn’t the first time it happens to me or my family. Not going to lie the guy comes off racist. Their food prep could be way better as well. I don’t recommend this potbelly at all but if ur a fan of potbelly I would recommend the one in Gaithersburg, MD by the Ross. They are very polite and food is always on point.

Gentlemen was fixing my sandwich and literally scratched his nose. Once I told the manger Jackson (who by the way had an attitude) because I no longer wanted the sandwich. Sadly he kept making other sandwiches with the same gloves (disgusting).

Normally solid, not sure if the had new employees….ended up having to waste most of my lunch waiting. I know store get busy….but when the cashier walks away to assist, leaving us to wait when most people have a limited time….wasn’t to happy

Walked in at 715 for dinner. Apparently the staff decided to clean the dine in area and shut it down for the night. We asked the guy taking orders if we could dine in, he seemed to decide it was not worth his time or effort to answer our question. The girl on the other side of the sandwich machine was asked, she seemed confused and said, “well they’re clearing it”. We asked if they would be opening it back up, at this point the girl at the register said no it was closed. The staff was incredibly rude.

By far the worst customer service. We used to order from here a lot and definitely wont be spending my money here. Yesterday I made several attempts to order over the phone, as it’s an option on their automated telephone system, and I was told yesterday the employee they don’t take orders over the phone. When I told the employee this was not possible as it was an option on their phone menu, the employee (apparently his name was Brian) then told me they do not take orders over the phone when it’s busy. So I decided to postpone ordering. Today I made several call attempts to try to place an order, and no one picked up. I figured they might be “busy” so I decided to drive there to place my order. I showed up, and to my surprise the store was dead. I went in and placed my order. The female employee that made my sandwich was also rude. At the cashier, I asked the employee why nobody answered when I called a few minutes ago, the employee said the phone was not working. Obviously the phone was working as all my calls successfully went through. The leadership/management at this location must not provide enough oversight over employees as this has been an ongoing issue. I would avoid this place.
