Relaxed atmosphere. Food was great. You pick your toppings after your sandwich goes through the toaster. Only reason I gave 1 less star is because the person adding toppings didn’t hear me when I asked for some lettuce because he was busy chatting with a co-worker. The jalapenos in my sandwich were very , but don’t know if that is normal or just my luck that time. Good thing I didn’t mind the extra spiciness.

Prior to today, my family & I were loyal patrons & regular customers at the RIO Potbelly Sandwich (at least once a week of dining in or delivery) and today was no different. Today’s delivery order arrived missing an item (cheese curls) (btw, items have been missing in past delivery orders however when I contacted the store, I spoke with a very sensible manger (no, certainly not John) who at the time didn’t rudely try to overtalk me, instead he listened, as a true professional would, and took responsibility of the fact that they had made a mistake. He also did not try to offer up excuses & blame me, the customer, for the manner in which I may have placed the order on the website being the reason why my sandwich was also prepared incorrectly (perhaps John thinks it’s my family’s fault that they omitted the cheese curls from our delivery order as well – which we

So I downloaded the app and since we were coming to town we thought to order ahead. Arrived at designated time and food was not ready about 23 mins past our pick up order time my food was ready. People came in to order and we’re out before. Staff had on headphones didn’t seem appropriate.

It was my first time at Potbelly. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It was delicious! It’s toasted bread, melted cheese with ham and veggies all together was an AMAZING bite. The bread is so delicious! I’m definitely going back! The workers were very kind.
