I’m new to the area,ordered online for pickup based on the reviews.Once I got there they didn’t have my order. A nice young man and the pregnant young lady sitting at the cash register looked at my phone to see if I had the right location, well I did. The young guy put my order quickly with a smile and I was on my way.

This was my first potbelly experience and I was impressed. I got the steakhouse sandwich with everything on there and it was great. Restaurant was clean sanitary and the customer service was pretty good. Overall, I’d say I’ll probably be back!

One of the best and most consistent sandwich places- the wreck is bangin! I was lucky enough to win the drawing for a week of free meals some years back at this particular location, and man that was a good week 🙂

Came in about 10min to closing and the employee was rolling her eyes and just stared at me blankly with a attitude waiting for my order instead of asking me what I would like to order. I ordered a Italian and a turkey sub and 2 Italians were made. When I addressed the issue she just ignored me. The person who rang me out ended up resolving the issue for me and was respectful. (She may have been the manager). I work retail so I understand, but the blatant rudeness is disappointing. You weren’t closed and I still had time to order my meal and get out of there before closing. I understand it’s close to closing and everyone wants to go home but you’re still open and I’m a paying customer. Just do your job. Plus another customer walked in right at 59 last minute. While she was really upset at me coming in for a sub 10min before closing then I know that woman who walked in 1 minute before closing really humbled her. Do better with customer service. I also scanned my app to redeem points but since it was rang up for the wrong sandwich we had to cancel that first order. Otherwise I would have left a review on the app and got a free cookie 🙂

Thought I ordered a traditional Turkey hoagie . What I got was a heated oily mess . Terrible . Who heats up sandwich meat and adds tomatoes to melted oily cheese . Big NO THANKS .

Had my first BLTA today and it was a BIG disappointment. Ordered online and my order wasn’t ready for pickup. After an inquiry about when it’d be ready, it was determined my online order wasn’t received or had been misplaced. After showing the worker my emailed receipt, she took my phone(didn’t even ask) and off she went to ask about it. Finally it was determined my sandwich had NOT been made and I was told they’d make it right then. I wasn’t offered anything extra for the inconvenience of the extended wait and then the sandwich was made poorly. Did you see my BLTA had two pieces of bacon? WTH!!! They need to take a page out of Jersey Mike’s book on how to make a BLT. I was so hungry I ate half the sandwich, which was tasty except for the missing taste of bacon, but couldn’t eat the other half out of sheer disgust of the missing bacon .
