I’m not sure what has changed at this location but it seems to be run completely different than it used to be. The last several times I’ve gone in I was the only person there and was pretty much ignored for the first few minutes even though I was standing right in front of the person that takes your order. The staff used to be so friendly and greet you when you come in but it is completely different now. I understand staffing has been a problem but it’s nice to be acknowledged that you are there.

Ordered a quick family dinner — 2 Italian subs and 1 Mediterranean sub through Active Menus. Everything online was quick and easy and the order was ready and waiting for me. Absolutely no hassle. And the subs were their usual deliciousness! Only reason for not giving 5 stars: ordered hots on the side (and that was listed on the ticket) and didn’t get them.

Never seen a GM have one of her associates hold her back while shrieking like a banshee. Staff are just milking this company for hourly and clearly don’t care about anything other then the paycheck. I really hope the District Manager sees this review and talks to that GM. She wouldn’t even give me her name because she knew how bad she messed up. All I did was just ask if the other 3 people standing around could help the one girl at the counter because they were just talking and laughing not doing anything she had 3 orders to make. The leader obviously didn’t appreciate me disrupting her idle chatter to get her to do her job and this led to her essentially threatening me and telling me she didn’t care about her job or the customers or if I called customer service. Needless to say I called them. No wonder the place is empty.

Normally my Wreck Sub is delicious for years coming here. But today the roll was not the same, hard, overly toasted. Was not cut in half so very hard to eat in my car. Had asked for the works on sub but missing items. Hope this was a one time thing!

The food was really really good. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. It was fresh and yummy. Employees are really friendly and did not waste any time preparing my sandwich. It was my first time here and the general manager explained me about the vegetarian options. He was a really friendly and nice fella. This restaurant was super clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever been since six months. This is also very beautiful. There’s a lot of historic art here. Good representation Annapolis and state of Maryland. There’s a small library also. It has some good collection of books for reading for free. And free high speed wifi available.
