Nothing wrong with the food. Maybe a bit more than I would like to spend, but the quality is quite nice for a fast casual sandwich shop. My wife and I had the steakhouse beef, wife went skinny and I went original. Unlike one of the previous reviews I saw for this restaurant, the skinny was half the size of the original, not the same size. I had the spicy peppers on mine, and they are fairly spicy. Spicer than anything I’ve had from other sub shops. Kudos for that. The chip brand they use, Zapps, is ok. Not great and wouldn’t search it out if I was craving some kettle chips, but there spicy chips were more spicy than most brands. Kind of confused by this place to be honest. Nothing to write home about, probably won’t be back for quite a long time, but it’s a pretty good sandwich. Anyway, take my notes and my picture and maybe give them a shot.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Potbelly is my favorite sandwich and this location is one of the best I’ve been to. I come here as often as I can. They always have consistent flavors and great tastes and great employees. You always know you’ll be greeted and that your sandwich will be a top notch flavor experience. Also shoutout to Grace and Day who do great work and know how to make your day better when you go through line. Recommend Potbelly and recommend this location! 10/10

Good place for a quick bite. Good sandwiches with healthy ingredients. Similar to subway you get to choose the bread type (white or wheat) and it’s size and also the type of sandwich. I have so far tried the Mediterranean and also the veggie sandwiches both of which are amazing!

I ordered a pizza melt and received this. The pizza Melt is supposed to include Marinara, Mushrooms, Capicola, Pepperoni and provolone according to their menu but I clearly only have bread and pepperoni. When people are starving and order from here for lunch they don’t want to pay 10 dollars for just pepperoni and bread. I do not recommend at all.

Potbelly’s is my favorite sandwich shop right now. Everything is so fresh and it is so much better than JJ or Subway or anywhere else. Fresh ingredients, fresh desserts and the staff is very friendly. I have finally started using the app the last 5 times I’ve been there and have already received a free cookie and sandwich. Great place for lunch!!

Sandwiches were not worth the price. Skinny sandwich and original were same size but almost a 4 dollar price difference. Both were BLTA and very little of that on either sandwich. For the price it is not worth it.

I have SEVERAL issues with this shop/brand. 1. I got a free original sandwich, signed up for the perks. No where can I find WHICH SANDWICHES are originals. Sent in a Contact Us form on the app—have never heard back. Tried to call location to ask, phone # on Google keeps coming up disconnected. I am good, I don’t need this sandwich place. To think, someone highly recommended this restaurant to me.

I work close to this Potbelly location and am always afforded the kindest care. Sebastian and the rest of this Potbelly team is for sure the type of individuals you’ll want to handle your orders whether they be a one time order or something along the lines of catering. The manager at this location is miserable and nasty. No one even says even hi when ya walk in (no other customers even were there when i came in!!) and she doesn’t even ask what you want. She just stands there waiting for you talk, and when she asks what you want the sandwich on, can’t even hear her …ask her to repeat, she snaps at you. I asked the other guy there who the manager is, he said it was actually her (girl taking orders)…he was not surprised to hear me say “well she’s not very nice”. I will say, HE (Provy or something like that) was VERY nice. But lets get a more personable manager please. Or have someone ELSE serve the people. And take your lip ring out too. It’s disgusting.
