I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally gave it a chance. The first thing I noticed is how poor the customer service was. The food was very mid. Think Subway quality. We ordered the chicken club. The chicken had no flavor. The hot peppers aided tremendously in adding flavor to this menu option. I highly recommend getting the peppers if you want flavor because everything else about the food was bland.

Before “The Rona” this Potbelly location was on a pretty regular Sunday lunch rotation for us. We’ve been there probably a dozen or so times and when Covid hit…well…this location (like so many others) took a big hit.

The sandwich tasted identical to Subway. If knew that I would’ve just sent to Subway. The service wasn’t great. The girl taking out order wouldn’t even make eye contact with us and made us feel rushed even tho we were there only ppl in line. The sandwiches look better online than in person, especially for just a subway sandwich in disguise.

Was there today at 1 PM and there were four people ahead of me. We were in and out so fast because the guy making the sandwiches knew exactly what he was doing. I did not catch his name but he had tattoos on both forearms, and he was the best I have ever seen at his job. If his boss is reading this, the man deserves a raise, and a promotion. He should be running every store you have I was at the location at stony Brook next-door to wild eggs.

Extremely slow service, took twenty minutes to order and get our food. They seemed very under staffed and the people they did have didn’t know what they were doing. 10/24 12pm

Staff aside from the really nice girl working the oven was rude. We were over charged and the whole experience was extremely awkward.

Staff is always friendly and competent. They are having a hard time finding more staff so they can be open later, but they’re doing the best they can and lots of places are struggling with the same thing. I will continue to be a regular customer!

Next time; figure out your schedule and what month it is. Drove 60 miles for a luncheon meal for my crew… Met with “staffing issues” sign dated the next month!

Not bad but not outstanding either. I got a roast beef and cheese sandwich and it was terribly skimpy on the meat and cheese. Hot peppers were the best thing about the sandwich and they sell it by the bottle there. Get a jar and put ot on uour Subway sandwich

Ordered food for delivery. Potato Soup was cold and watery. Sandwich appeared nothing like they describe on the website. One-two slices of meat on the entire thing. Honestly find better food in the frozen section at the grocery.
