I’ve ordered delivery multiple times from here. The first time my order was incorrect. The manager ensured my reorder was correct and it was. I’ve had their turkey sub (nice quality meat, hearty bread and crisp toppings…I just wish there were more toppings to add), chicken club sub (I’ll have to order double meat next time as the slims have less. The chicken and bacon were hearty). I love their chicken pot pie soup! It’s full of veggies and perfectly seasoned. I’m not a fan of their Mac and cheese. It has a strange aftertaste and is not cheesy. Their milkshakes are well made and flavorful. The cookie is a nice touch, however those paper straws break down after 2 sips. Potbelly is one of my fave places to order a quick, affordable and fairly healthy meal.

This is a fast food submarine sandwich shop very similar to Subway. You order at the counter and then can sit inside or take your food to go. They have a wrap around outdoor patio too. The food is ok and the prices are competitive. The restaurant could have been cleaner. We looked at several tables before we found one that was wiped off so we could sit at it. The staff is friendly.

Second time I’ve been to Potbelly and it’s very underwhelming. Today went in to get a salad and had planned to sit and eat it in the nicely decorated location. Instead my order was yelled out to the other two workers to let them know all I wanted was a half salad to which nothing happened. Other orders were made as I stood at the register and it wasn’t until a sandwich was made for an in person order that they started to ring me out and tried tacking the sandwich on. After I stated all I ordered was a half salad. A premade salad was grabbed, put in a bag, and handed to. At that point I no longer wanted to sit down and eat. Also the chicken in the salad is pretty sad looking.

First time here and was interestingly disappointed. Dry , stale, and sad. The wreck sandwich was bland, and over powered by lettuce that tasted tinny. I am not sure why high stars are given as the food is at best average.

Seen a few advertisements for this place. Super excited to finally try it. The hype is real. I tried the wreck! Turkey, ham, and roast beef!!! The sandwich was amazing. Service was very kind and friendly. The food came out fast and hot! The quality was 10/10!!! Michael was very friendly and greeted us with open arms. He suggested the wreck and I loved it. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Potbelly’s is certainly one of my favorite sandwich spots. On my numerous visits they’ve prepared toasty flatbreads and dainty soups. The cookie added on top of their milkshakes are sweet great touch. The interior design is unique and full of eye catching items. Great place for lunch!

So I really like potbelly but today I had a bad experience. I believe the girl behind the counter who was in charge of toppings put hot peppers on my sandwich on purpose. I bit down and was very shocked and surprised. Never did I say hot peppers. I was expecting a normal chicken salad sandwich with mayo and lettuce. There also seemed to be another sauce on there too which could’ve been spicy. I hate spicy and hot. I literally felt like I was going to die with how hot my sandwich was. I couldn’t eat it any longer. The only reasoning I could come up with was this girl was annoyed I asked for a different cheese not realizing it was already toasted. Then I said the cheese is fine. No need to change it. I will not be going back unless this girl isn’t working there. She ruined my lunch and my day.

My first time ordering from potbelly, A vegetable sandwich and I’m very unsatisfied with the way potbelly prepared my sandwich. There’s hardly any vegetable on the sandwich. There’s no meat so add vegetables please. This is basically a $13 mayo sandwich. I’ll never order from this restaurant again.
