I ordered two of the the skinny Italians & two soups with two drinks. I basically paid for two veggie sandwiches. The total was over $20! I could have gotten a better quality sandwich from subway! All the staff had a horrible attitude. I will not be going back & I do not recommend.

Got the wreck sub, it’s pretty good. Food came fast but the place was empty. The employees were a little off. There was one employee standing directly outside the door looking around as if he was waiting for someone to show up or something. Definitely could have been friendlier.

Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Brown St. I just wanted something kind of plain, but still wanted to try something new to me. Their mac & cheese is similar to Panera Bread’s, but I would say that Panera’s is better. I was not a fan of their sandwich bread. It’s supposed to be plain white bread, but it was really oniony or something. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. A “BIG” size sub made for three meals. I didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. Overall everything was okay.

This is a great place. I eat lunch here every so often. Friendly staff and savory sandwiches, what more could you ask for? Awesome milkshakes? They have those too. Get the app for rewards as well. I recommend the Wreck with everything on it.

Never had a issue till now, I placed an order to be picked up before the store was closed and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t made and got told they was closed I understand closing can be annoying I work next door and have to deal with the same things and understand that they probably didn’t want to make the order because of how close it was to closing but now I have to wait even longer to eat when I was really looking forward to that sandwich and cookies and then when I asked for a refund I got told I had to place it for over the website when I went through the app and then still had to call the store to get refund

This was my first time ever trying potbelly’s and they definitely did not disappoint. We ordered online and the food was ready as soon as we arrived! The staff was also super friendly. The salad was delicious and I highly recommend the broccoli cheddar soup. I definitely will be back!!
