This particular Potbelly’s has a drive thru. However, we always prefer to go into Potbelly’s because the atmosphere is so unique. It’s fun with a nostalgic feeling. The employees were very friendly and worked quickly. I absolutely love their sandwiches. I don’t know if it’s because they are toasted or if it’s something else, but they are delicious! Their shakes are great, too. The little cookie on top is perfect! I love that you can find their nutritional information on Potbelly’s website. Not all places do that.

NO TRAY. Mangement decreed customers inside get no trays. So if you order more then two items you run out of hands. Pick two includes soup/sandwich. Then a drink, maybe chips, cookie, how do you get all that to a table, don’t even think about taking little kids here. That would be a nightmare. Guess they don’t want to wash trays anymore.

Fantastic sandwiches, great soups, awesome atmosphere. This place is a must if you’re in the area. They by far beat Subway, Jimmy Johns, and any other sandwich shops in the area. The staff is friendly and the process is quick.

First time going there and it was really good. I went through the drive thru which was pretty quick. The strawberry shake is light and sweet like a smoothie. I got the tyk sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and pickles. It wasn’t overloaded and toasted just right. The veggies tasted fresh. I always thought they were overpriced until I tried it. You’re paying for the quality.

My son came here with his dad and couldn’t wait to come back. I went with him today for lunch around 12:45pm. All three of the gentleman working gave us good friendly service. This made me happy cause I feel like the service industry has really gone downhill in the Southbend area. Thanks guys!

Went here during lunch around 1:00pm and went through the drive-thru. The cashier that took my order was rude and dismissive. I know it gets busy around lunchtime, but the guy’s attitude came off to me like I was just an inconvenience, and couldn’t wait for me to leave. When I pulled up to the window, he just quickly stuck out his hand and gave me my total, he didn’t even look at me. Now I’m not expecting red carpet treatment or anything, but a little bit of courtesy, or even just a smile, can go a long way. I almost told him to forget it and drive off to a different restaurant, but I figured the food was already being made, and I didn’t want it to go to waste. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one, is because the sandwiches are still really good.

This location has a friendly and kind staff! They’re thoughtful and efficient. Not a bad lunch choice either if you don’t want fast food but want to pay less than 20 bucks per person! Good sandwiches and alright soup, nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms (that’s a huge deal to me), and friendly staff make this place a must-try!
