We had them cater a lunch party on the Friday before classes started. The order was correct. Everyone enjoyed the food. The delivery driver was exceptional on making sure she had the right directions and where she could park. And she was about 10 minutes early on an incredibly busy day in the area.

Ordered online, waited over an hour, both sandwiches are wrong and did not include chips that were paid for. BLTA missing the A and had a total of 2 pieces of burnt bacon. Total disappointment.

I’ve lived in large cities for a long time and have never been to a Potbelly. Any other Potbelly I go to will have to live up to this one. Everyone loved what they ordered. My salad was delicious and the employees making the sandwiches are really, really nice. I really appreciate the time they took to understand my picky child and were so friendly to us. We’ll definitely be back and I hope the employees tonight know they are really customer service experts.

I went during lunch rush, and the wait was horrible. They also lost my order. But all that being said, they handled it well. The manager began handing out free drinks to those customers who were waiting. He was very responsive to the needs of the customers, and overall the customer service was excellent even though the wait was long. Nice people with a good environment, and the sub was worth the wait and confusion.

Yoooo, I never write reviews but seriously that was kinda insane how rude the workers were, for no reason at all. I managed a kitchen for a while, and I would never allow my staff to be THAT rude for literally no reason at all. We tried to be polite and friendly. Lastly, idk how the hefty woman with a mustache still has a job there.
