If you’re thinking of going to the Chipotle in this spot THINK AGAIN because they were randomly closed and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund for my online order. Potbelly was my plan B and made my food quickly even though they were slammed. They are my plan A now. Yummy sandwiches without any drama and everyone is clearly working hard to feed people that can’t get their chipotle.

Dont bother with ordering online in advance , it would have been significantly quicker to wait in line. It took 25 minutes after my pickup time to receive one sandwich.

Honestly, this location can shut down now! I’ve given it 3 chances. The people working there clearly don’t care. My soup was old, cookies were hard and stale, and my sandwich was burnt with very little topping on it. The milkshake was mostly milk. I’ve worked at a potbelly years ago and this location is awful. Every store should follow the standard of the downtown location. Even though the Southfield store is 10 mins from my home, I’ll eat from downtown here on out when I crave it.

This particular location “evergreen rd in Southfield Mi” is surprisingly filthy, we went there to dine in, only to find the tableS! Were loaded with crumbs, food from previous customers & the floor looks as if it hadn’t been swept all week!?! I can’t sit & eat in filth. We sat in my truck & ate… much cleaner

Fast, reliable and well-staffed – a rarity these days and hard to come by all three. A lot of restaurants were hit hard by pandemic and this is the only one I can trust to be consistent. I come here for lunch a few times per month when I’m in the area, mostly dine in but also pickup. Food is good, place is clean, and no issues with my orders. Employees are very nice and courteous. Keep doing what you’re doing!
