Pretty disappointed/disgusted in what my sandwich looked like today. I noticed something was immediately off about it because it wasn’t even filled, looked like just a plain sub bun. This is what is supposed to be a veggie melt with mushrooms, extra hot peppers, 2 different types of cheese etc…. The mushrooms were raw and hard. Barley any toppings, missing the hot peppers, tomato’s were old and mushy. Didn’t even eat it. I guess the quality has gone down sadly.

Always have a great experience at Potbelly. It’s clear the ingredients they use are of high quality. Most notably, the bread and meats. The sandwiches taste great and are very hearty in size. My orders have always been packed to the brim. This, combined with a great, homey feeling atmosphere, a competitive rewards program, and a robust menu of sandwich combinations and toppings make Potbelly a superior sandwich experience.

Ordered through uber eats. Got the Italian sandwich and Tuna Salad sandwich with mac and cheese and cheddar broccoli soup. The Italian was great..with extra meet and cheese may be the key. The soup was good. The mac and cheese could have been better. The Tuna salad came with no tuna on it…after really looking at it they hadn’t forgotten the tuna.. they had put on a layer like light mayo on it. I called to complain and they told me they could do nothing about it.. that somehow it was uber’s fault and uber needed to fix it. Like I want uber opening up my food to make sure it is right. The customer service was horrid. They literally blamed the delivery service. And who makes a sandwich with almost no tuna on it to the point I was sure there wasn’t tuna on it.. it looked like part of the bread. Will never go back. This is my second 2 star. It takes a lot to go below three for me.

Messed up the order 2x, never apologized, acted as if we are the ones that screwed it up. The Italian was bad and the pizza melt was thrown together and overwhelming. Broccoli cheddar soup was bland. Guy at the counter was friendly enough and the soda machine worked! Lol

My sub and shake comes out to around $20 so I don’t go here too often, but it’s definitely my favorite sub shop. The Wreck is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The workers are always very friendly as well. Thanks for doing what you do and keep up the hard work!
