What a huge was of money. I went during lunch today. Ordered my sandwich. Told the prep “NO OIL” I get my sandwich. Go to eat it. The sandwich is doused in oil. The sandwich looked as if it was dipped in a bucket of oil as if it was getting prepared to be fried. Then I receive the sandwich and have to ask for a bag because it was dripping and covered in God knows what. Please employ people who listen and have cleanliness. Especially working at an establishment that sells food that people consume. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Just go to another potbelly. The picture shows the absolute trash job one of the preps put together.

Food is decent, but has gotten so expensive over the last few years. Flies were flying around the store which isn’t a good look. I don’t understand why there is a new tip option on the registers, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES APPROPRIATELY. This is not a sit down restaurant but I understand guilting your patrons into providing part of the employee wages is the new way. So I won’t be back

$6 for a bowl of mac&cheese is one thing but for it to look and taste like this is another. Why serve this? Literally a bowl of flavorless mush. I’ve been here many times but it’s went downhill. No excuse. Not to mention one of the subs had a mound of hot peppers and onion. Completely ruined the sub. When even the sticker on the sub didn’t have hot peppers or onion marked on it. Waste of $30

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. We were the only ones in line to order, but it took an extended amount of time to get our two sandwiches because they prioritized an online order over ours. When I asked why this was the case, the manager said the other sandwiches were ahead of ours (even though that customer was not in the store). She also seemed put off that I asked about the delay. All I got was excuses and attitude…she as not the least bit interested about my concerns.

Order online sez it will be ready 12:06 pm. Get there a little early. Lots of I’m sorry that’s cool. Finally 12:30 I get my Sammie. Not cool potbelly’s manager lady. Took my crew here to grab lunch. Price was right and sandwiches were really great. They even had entertainment for lunch. This guy was a really great musician to listen too while eating lunch. I will certainly be back.
