The big man made me a pizza melt on white bread that blew my socks off!!! Sauteed mushrooms, white onion, meatballs, Peperoni, pizza sauce. Omg! Seriously that was a 10/10 sandwhich. I appreciate it. Now into this broccoli cheddar.

My boyfriend and I had never had Potbelly before, and yesterday was the first time. The food was great, but the customer service.. not so much. After we paid, we got our drink cups and received my sandwich but not my boyfriends yet. We were about to walk over to fill up our drinks when one of the employees said “Toppings are over here” in a rude tone (mind you this was our first time in and assumed that the sandwich he ordered came with the ingredients that were on the menu lol). If you don’t like being kind to customers that are paying for food at your place of employment, don’t work in customer service.

The food is good. I get my usual the turkey avocado but the reason for my review so low is due to the lady who was having a rough day clearly and asked me if I wanted mayo and I had said no mayo and ended up putting mayo on. And I had asked for onion and came out onion less.. I did repeat myself. If your having a rough day I get it we all do. But try and change your outlook when dealing with customers.
