We like Potbelly! And we finally got our youngest to try it after going another nearby restaurant over it ever time we would visit. He even looked it! I’ve eaten the Wreck most visits but choose a salad this visit. Maybe not quiet enough lettuce it was delicious nonetheless.

Obed has fantastic customer service. Even if I hadn’t liked my food I was prepared to give 5 stars for that alone. I needn’t have worried. Everything was delicious. The shakes are thick and delicious with this cutest yummy cookie on top. The S’mores cookies were indeed good. Even though Obed said if I didn’t like them he’d take them. L0L The loaded potato soup was hot and so good!! I got the chicken salad and provolone on multigrain wheat. We will definitely be back here before we leave. Oh, I can’t forget the place is so clean!!! Hats off to the 3 gentlemen working today at 6:30ish Saturday August 6th.

We’ve eaten at the Potbelly in Grand Rapids many times and had a wonderful experience. Tonight was our 3rd time at the Holland location. Everytime we have eaten there it has been awful. Either the subs were wrong, tasted awful, burnt, or the employees just didn’t seem to care. We will not be going back to this location again.
