My dad came here for lunch on Fathers Day. I couldn’t get off work so he was alone… the staff made him a card and gave him coupons and talked with him, he was raving later that day about how kind everyone at the Potbelly is and how they all deserve a raise. Thank you to the staff that made his day!! You guys really showed what exceptional customer service is, and that small gesture made my entire family Potbelly super fans for life.

We stopped for lunch. Disappointed that they no longer do smoothies, but they do still have our favorite Mac n Cheese. Moderately priced. We had a reg sandwich, bowl of Mac n cheese, 2 chips, 2 drinks, and a cookie for $23.27. Food is fresh and made to order, very tasty. The staff was nice. Restaurant was well kept and clean. Hand sanitizers both empty. Overall a good experience.

I walked in lookin all kinds of homely. Never been to one of these chains before. Easy enough to navigate. Like an upscale subway. I ordered a prime rib sub, some chips, and a banana smoothie. What impressed me most is how easily chatty and excited the staff was. I sat in my little corner and watched the happenings as I munched and had a grand time! Atmosphere is bright and friendly, had no issues with the food. Price point is a bit high for such simple fare, but I’ll be back again sometime. Keep up the good service!

I ordered the Pick your pair with Steakhouse beef, chicken pot pie soup and a Chocolate brownie cookie. Everything was pretty tasty. Bathroom and restaurant was clean. Workers were friendly and polite.
