I really enjoy the chicken potpie soup. I also like the Avo Turkey on Flatbread. The staff was nice, they didn’t engage with me and the first time guests that accompanied me. They did not offer suggestions even after being asked, “What’s good on the menu?” I provided my guest with my suggestions, and she was pleased.

I’ve been coming to this Potbelly’s since they opened and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. Their soups, their salads, their sandwiches, the shakes and cookies are all delicious. The staff has always been friendly, so much so that when I was going to college I stopped by for a late dinner and study session and didn’t realize that they let me stay a little late while they cleaned up. I apologized profusely, but they said, “eh, we were able to clean around you & we had to be here anyway, lol!”. Just a top notch sub shop, I hope they never change.

The gentleman who started our order- goat!!! He suggested the oreo shake with cold brew, and its amazing!!! Very helpful with the order and thorough with making sure it was right. The restaurant was clean and the environment was friendly!

Ordered a BLTA and after a minute, I hear him say “we out of bacon” but they scavenged enough for our sandwich. After toasting, I hear the lady putting mayo on it and have to stop her cause we didn’t ask for it after it was too late. We get home to find NO tomato or lettuce so we ended with just a BA and they never said a word. And while checking out ask if I want to tip, seriously? They should tip me for keeping some of my sandwich!

I came to grab a quick bite before heading home. I guess I was too busy enjoying the delicious 1/2 Oreo/1/2 Strawberry shake the young lady prepared while the rest of my order was completed that I left my wallet at the restaurant. 2days later after realizing that Potbelly was my purchase, I called just to check if anything was turned in.
