The chicken pot pie soup was basically creamy water with almost nothing else in it and had no crumble topping on it. The artichokes on the mediterranean sandwich were old and tough and inedible. The wreck sandwich had so many spicy peppers on it that I thought it was a prank, more peppers than lettuce! And the drive thru took 40 minutes. So disappointing.

This is a really bad potbelly’s location. Management must not be competent or they will not pay enough wage to have a full-time staff therefore their lobby is closed, two years after covid. Start paying a living wage and trust me you won’t have staffing issues. Also your employee with 3 inch artificial nails making sandwiches? Gross. Her nails must poke through the gloves. Totally unsanitary to have super long long long nails in food service.

I ordered a BLTA off of Grubhub, I was so excited because I heard all good things! But I don’t eat lettuce and my bacon was soooo under cooked I ended up with a tomato and avacado sandwich but really just tomato because there was barely any avacado! So I paid 40$ for a cookie, small salad and bread! Not worth that! I just wanted a sandwich that made me happy!!! Wish me luck on the salad.

I love potbelly, their sandwiches are amazing. But this specific location it is not good at all. Ordered a big Italian, no capricola, they still added capricola. Somehow got tomatoes on my sandwich even though i did not order them?? Bread for my sandwich was stale and almost as hard as wood. Again I love potbelly but this location clearly does not care about the quality of their food that their giving to the paying customer. Save you and your family the headache of unsatisfaction and buy somewhere else. Paid 20$ for my sandwich just to get the wrong order and stale bread.
