Came in at the late late hour of 7:15 and they seemed to be busy with closing up. Wasn’t very welcoming, you felt like you were inconveniencing them. And of course when you pay they have the option to tip. I’m putting any fast food place that requests tips on my no go list.

Went into Potbellys today for the BOGO. I understand everyone is understaffed and it was peak lunch hour. But when I am waiting for 30 minutes and the staff can’t tell me where I am in line for pickup it is very frustrating. After waiting for 35 minutes, I decided to leave without my meal. I hope Potbellys can make it up by giving a credit for next time I come in or a refund on the order .

I thought it was great! My family ask has weird orders and we were fully accommodated for. I got a classic turkey club and it was delicious! The bread wasn’t hard or tough to bite through. I was very happy with my sandwich. I also got the broccoli and cheese soup and even it was fantastic. If I lived closer, if probably go here all the time for lunch. Under $40 for 4.

If you’re still having trouble with staffing and getting enough people to work for you then maybe thats a sign you should pay your employees more. Ordered online and waited in the car for order to be done. While waiting postmates texted a cancellation. I went in the store to ask what happened. Talked to the manager, very nice young man. He took my order, made it up himself and brought it to me very quickly. He turned my day around 1000% with his great customer service. Thank you.
