I’m a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I’m hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It’s not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.

Super long wait here. If you’re a Doordash Employee, I’d estimate a half hour wait. Online orders were not ready when I arrived. With eight employees working, it’s a surprise. Employees may be overwhelmed, what with customized sandwiches and drinks that need to be put in blenders. It’s like a subway and Starbucks in one. Service is somewhat okay but you have to be assertive to get anyone’s attention.

We sometimes get Potbelly catered at work, and it is always exceptional. People truly enjoy it, and eat everything. We get variety packs. They come with sides such as mustard and peppers, but usually people just eat the sandwiches and don’t bother with the extras

Had to make a quick turnaround catering order this morning for 50 people and less than 2 hours notice after another (non-Potbelly) restaurant cancelled on us. The team knocked it out of the park and had the entire order + fixin’s, utensils, plates and napkins ready to go 10 MINUTES EARLY!!! This is a good one 🙂
