Strawberry shake was delish. Turkey sandwich also good. I like that Potbelly decorates for the local schools and teams. The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that’s why an average rating on service. Gloves for food prep should be removed when handling register.

We had a pretty bad experience at this location. We waited for for over 30 minutes for our food. My wife’s sandwich had a long hair in it. They remade the sandwich but there were no apologies or anything. Normally they are pretty good but not today!

I personally love this place! The staff are just amazing and they couldnt be any nicer! The location itself is very well kept and clean, of course offering a variety of things to see on the wall, the all around fun decor, and also the music, always a plus! The sandwiches are always great and made in a timely fashion. I most definitely recommend the location and the sandwiches!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Potbelly, and I must say that the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. I opted for the BLTA sandwich, which was prepared to perfection. The bacon was crisp, the lettuce was fresh, and the avocado was of the highest quality.

Potbelly is generally consistent w/ their food quality- and we enjoy coming to this location. Unfortunately the last few visits have not been good. To start, spent $49 for 3 sandwiches and 4 shakes. Shakes were like water/little taste- sandwiches were low on ingredients and just ok. Most certainly a decline in this locations product quality- this meal tasted like $15 dollars- no where near $50.
