Everything I ordered came with about half the ingredients, sandwich wasn’t toasted, soup was missing all ingredients too. Just because they can’t see the customer they decided they can screw people over. Bad service and bad quality.

Ordered a sandwich with mayo and oil, no mayo nor oil was put in it. As a result the sandwich was too dry. Furthermore there was some sort of pepper mix in with the lettuce, which was disgusting. I’m willing to give the location a second try but I wasn’t impressed.

The best staff. I enjoy stopping there..always leave with a smile or laughing. Good price sandwich and soup 10 dollars. Consistently good. Andres..is hilarious. One time they ran out of orange fanta on the fountain…so he grabbed an orange crush from the fridge and put a piece of tape on it that said fanta as a joke. As a restaurant manager myself it is the little things that make spaces shine.the staff do that.

The manager that was on duty tonight 12/17/21 @ 5pm was exceptional. I had an issue with an online order and he made it right in a snap and was super kind. A+ customer service turned my frustration into continued customer loyalty. I love this Potbelly store and eat here a few times a week. The employees are awesome! Great atmosphere and of course, absolutely delicious sandwiches. Don’t forget to try the hot peppers!

I did a side by side comparison (Jersey Mikes v. Jimmy John’s v. Potbelly v. Subway) and Potbelly was the winner. Quality is on par with Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s, price is closer to Subway. I love their classic Italian or pepperoni melt, especially on flatbread, and I get everything but avocado – the hot pepper relish is the best!

I’ve ordered from this location twice through doordash and both times I received the wrong order. The outside bag had my receipt, but the inside bag was labeled for someone else and the items were wrong. That couldn’t have been the dashers fault. Please pay attention.
