Haven’t been here in awhile and decided to stop in for a lunch and order our favorites the Italian and A Wreck Sandwiches. Love the perfectly toasted bun that is just thick enough to hold everything together without being heavy. Veggies are sliced super thin and that keeps them from sliding out. Like the pickle planks idea for the same reason. Great combination of meats including Capicola and Mortadella! The Jalapeno Giardiniera complements the sandwich without overwhelming with heat. Manager even stopped by to ask how everything was. Great customer service! Will definitely swing in more often! Place has a great nostalgic ambiance. Used to see musicians there once in awhile.

Walked in today with my husband and ordered a BLTA for the first time in literally years since I been to a potbelly so I was very excited for my sandwich and I get ready to eat it and I see raw bacon and like black charred sides. Immediately ruined my appetite. Not one crispy slice. It is 8/25 and went at dinner time. Who ever works there should be fired. Serving it like that was unacceptable. If you wouldn’t eat that, why serve that. Truly disgusting. If you can’t make bacon take it off your menu. Do something!!! It’s 2023 and you guys can’t make a BLT. Lost my business. I would post a picture but it was truly THAT BAD.

Potbelly is a good option for fast food. They use fresher ingredients than most places serving quick bites. We have enjoyed the mushroom melt and flatbread chicken sandwiches. I also like the soups… love that they’ve added a soup and sandwich deal right now. If you want it even quicker, they have a call ahead option or an app as well.

I have been coming here from lunch lately and my first experience was okay..customer service was not that great. I decided to try again and a young lady that was not even in uniform looked absolutely miserable to be there that made my sandwich tossed my sandwich on the counter didn’t even hand it to me when she handed the customer before me his sandwich. i didn’t appreciate it nor will be back it was a very unwelcoming experience!

Was just there this evening. Online order. They don’t do these till they have handled everyone else. At dinner time, store had a number of customers. When inquiring if they are about done with order, the young girl snapped at me saying “We are wrapping it now”. I was in retail for 48 years, this is poor service!

Came here to try for the first time and had a bad experience. They were only open for mobile orders apparently which wasn’t posted anywhere. I was already there so I thought I should just place an order online but it wouldn’t go through so I called. The guy that picked up told me he was too busy to take my order. I asked what I could do to place my order and he said nothing since he can’t take my order, I couldn’t come in, or have my online order go through.

Food was great, people were decently nice. I went in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. There seemed to be 3 employees working. 1 other table was occupied. My only gripe is how 75% of the tables were dirty, and not cleaned up after a party had left. The whole “if there’s time to lean, there’s time to clean” attitude was clearly not part of this staff’s approach. Instead of standing around doing nothing, maybe hop out and clean up the dirty tables?
