I didn’t get the young lady’s name but the young lady who was working today around 8:30pm with brown hair in a ponytail and a soft sweet voice was absolutely AMAZING! I went in there to get a cookie for my nephew and her service was so awesome! I will come back just for her. Thank you!! My go-to sandwich place. Everyone is friendly and usually very efficient. When they get backed up, they do tend to breakdown in attention to detail. When I order ahead, about 40% of the time something is missing. They are happy to fix it, but do stay vigilant when checking your order

This place has potential. But it constantly lets me down. I just had the turkey avocado sandwich, with bacon, and the bacon was insanely overcooked and peppery (it was black bacon), and the avocados were seemingly picked yesterday (rock hard). I had to take off the avocado completely. I’ve been here three times, and all three times have been lack luster. I don’t plan on going back. They need to focus on quality control. No one wants rock hard avocados and burned bacon.

Good toasted turkey swiss sandwich. Tried the chicken pot pie soup today, it was tasty. The sugar cookie was my favorite. Staff was friendly. Table was a little sticky. Atmosphere was typical potbelly, but it was so cold in the dining area that half my sandwich was cold by the time I got to it.

The food was great! The service was meh. Ordered the salad and sandwich meal with a shake… well we didn’t get the salad because they “forgot it” and didn’t get the strawberry shake we ordered. When we finally got our salad and shake, the shake was an Oreo one. We didn’t bother with fixing the shake order. But the sandwiches and salad was absolutely delicious!

Had potbelly today for lunch during work and I cannot say more positive things about this restaurant from the workers being friendly to the food being hot and fresh as always. The manager Brandon R. Was a pleasure to talk to from being so respectful to being knowledgeable about the products being used. Would recommend this any day!!!

Very hit and miss when it comes to this Potbelly location. I have been given the wrong order here in the past, and the last time I went, they gave me a Cuban sandwich that was completely untoasted. Haven’t been back since.
