I love potbelly’s and order from different locations often. This Friday I ordered sandwiches for the family. Pickup time was 9:03PM they close according to the app at 10PM. I arrive at 9:05 and the employees were inside behind the counter, door locked. I knocked. I even tried calling to see if they could just hand me the food if they now close at 9PM. Nothing. They purposely never even looked my way or answered the phone. So rude. Wish I could leave them a worse review for that. Then when I complained the refunded me most of my order (missing $14.00) and claimed it was due to me no longer wanting the food.

HORRIBLE customer service by a manager named Rachael. Her customer service skills are laughable. She couldn’t honor a BOGO that was valid one time instead she made faces and said how they could not honor our request. She was a real jerk and I will never return to this location and advise anyone looking for decent customer service to stay away. This whole ordeal took about an hour. Unprofessional and disgusting

Sandwiches are decent. Customer service is bad/nonexistent. Twice now I’ve paid for my order and 2 big sandwiches and 2 bags of chips are left just sitting on the counter in front of me. When I asked for a bag they just put a small bag on top of my sandwiches for me to bag up. FU!

My first time ever being at a potbelly. The staff was super helpful and made awesome suggestions for my sandwiches. The cubano is amazing! The Italian with the giardiniera was sooo good. Great staff, amazing food, and a very cool place. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got the best toasty sandwich’s. I’m a light eater and I ended up eating both the cubano and the Italian like Kobayashi! Great service, great food, and an awesome staff. Great experience from start to finish! Thanks guys!

We love going to this location along with a few others throughout the suburbs. This location’s seating arrangement is one of our favorites. There is a lot of seating and it’s pretty spread out. The food is typical Potbelly’s, it’s delicious. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly as well. We love this location because of those reasons and it’s close to home.
