I am a procrastinator and ordered last-minute combo boxes twice this week and I was amazed at the speed they prepared the food. They took the stress away from me and I really loved that they tried to make it happen for me TWICE ( Tuesday and Thursday of this week) and were very pleasant in the process. I did not try the food, so I am not sure how it tasted but everyone complimented on it, so I assumed, everything went well. Thank you for being patient with me and providing me with amazing service both times. I will be certainly coming back for more !

Today my husband and I went into the Glen Potbelly’s in Glenview. I was not greeted with a hello or can I help you. He finally looked up with big headphones on his head. I said “You are going to take my order wearing headphones?” He said his manager said it was fine if he could hear people. His manager appeared (extremely young) and said to me he’s fine. They then got my husband’s order wrong giving him a skinny instead of regular (which employee said “My bad”)and Manager put toppings on he said to keep off. Also saw phone usage. Training is very poor at this location. I would assume you have a no cell phone or Headphones/AirPods employee rule? Maybe an adult manager is needed. Kids were running the show…very unprofessionally. Back to the Willow location

Ordered a pick up yesterday and they ONLY added meat and cheese to our Wreck when I had ordered everything on it! My dad couldn’t even find the pick up area it had said to go to in the confirmation email. Very disappointed just because i ordered an earned a free sandwich(perks) it was not fully loaded because we wouldn’t see until we got home! It is extremely impossible to contact someone online. How can we get our perk loaded again when our sandwich was completely wrong and we lost it now.

I just ordered a vanilla Shake with a ham smoke sandwich. The cup was so dirty on the top inside and not even full. It was like 3/4 full. I threw them in the garbage. I upload some picture so guys you can see. This is disgusting!

Had lunch here at 11:30 am yesterday. While the food was good the restaurant was very dirty. Floors and carpet were dirty, all tables had leftover food and crumbs on tabletops and chairs, chairs were all in disarray and there was garbage on the floor. It did not appear to have been cleaned at all from the prior day. Would not recommend and will not return.
