Got a regular tuna today. Tasted OK but so little tuna and other ingredients it’s crazy. The bread is good but hard for me to justify 10 bucks for that skimpy ingredients. To their credit my wife got the clubby it was over twice the size of mine. And we did use her bogo on the app. Hers was worth the money.

I order multiple times a year for large groups. Amber, the manager, is so easy to work with and she always makes sure my order is done correctly and on time. I highly recommend them for catering or even a daily lunch break for 1.

Whenever I come the staff is always so nice and my order is right. But these cookies on the shakes has to go they are stale everytime. I feel like if you’re not going to have fresh cookies just eliminate them all together.

Here’s what you need to know: updating my review after 6 years. This location has been through a lot during the pandemic with a full time closing, then part time lunch only hours, to reduced staffing and no staffing. Wow! A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EDGAR FOR HIS INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s because of team leaders like him, that potbelly and this location has come out strong and are delivering perfectly made sandwiches and amazing experiences for the brand. The managers are super customer focused and friendly and make you feel happy being there.

We ordered lunch for takeout as a treat during quarantine and my Uptown salad was full of bad apples and a few bad grapes. Since the salads are made-to-order, the person making the salad knew the produce was bad and should have left them off. The salad would have been much better without having to dig them all out. Definitely won’t order salads from this location again! Also the cookies on our shakes were stale and soft.
