We ordered sandwich platters for a party of about 20 people, and everyone loved it. We all said we should order Potbelly’s more often. We got the turkey, wreck, chicken and Italian, and they were all delicious. Our order was ready on time, everything was clearly labeled, and they included good condiments too. Would definitely order catering from here again.

I just had to make sure I recognized the sweet girl who was working at the register when I went to pay for my sandwich about a half hour ago. She said to me “you’re really pretty”. It caught me off guard and truly made my day! It’s incredible how something so simple can go such a long way. Potbelly is lucky to have such kind employees working for them. This Potbelly resto is literally the best place I had ever been to! It was so nice going in here and I love how the ambiance of the place really lights up my mood. My family and I came here to have a family hang out and they really did love the experience like me as well. First of all, the place is very neat, unique looking, clean, well-organized, tidy, and bright. And the staff greeted us as we walked inside, really love the great service. Very phenomenal! Their staff are friendly, cooperative, well trained, professional, kind and patient. They would really talk to you properly and help you with your menu and stuff. Aside from the great service and neat ambiance of this place is that their phenomenal and well-seasoned foods. We ordered their pancakes and the kids in our family really loved the taste of it. We also ordered their Corned beef hash, Louisiana skillet, sliders, eggs and bacon, as well as their potatoes and meat. Would really recommend those! I love how they made their skillet and the meat. So tasty and delicious. Their size portion is very great and the deal is set perfectly! Really worth it going in here. Would definitely like to have another family time in here again! Can’t really go wrong with Potbelly yet somehow they keep forgetting to add avocado. Today was the third time they forgot to add it and charged me ($3) extra each time. It’s clearly an issue.
