Not a bad spot for quick grab. Always loved the potbelly sandwiches. A little dull ambience in comparison to other locations IMO. Add some Giardiniera for some spice. Avocado makes it even better.

Orderd an avocado turkey Swiss sandwich.. All they put on was Avocado lettuce and tomatoes. My husband said there was 1 piece of turkey on it, no swiss cheese at all. My Chicken Mediterranen sandwich was a real let down.. BOO, NOT GOING BACK EVER

I got an original veggie sandwich and a milk shake. The sandwich was dry because no sauces were added. New staff needs better training. I’ve been coming here fora while and this is the first time this happens.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I have seen it many times in my travels around the country but never tried it. I’m so happy I decided to change that today. It was wonderful!!! The service was great and the sandwich was awesome with everything fresh and delicious. I will eat it again and try a soup next time. Definitely do yourself a flavor and go get it!!!

My 1st time coming, didn’t know what to expect. I believe the staff should be more helpful & friendlier, got a sandwich & chips for $12 I believe the price is reasonable. The taste was a little bit below average & the service needs improvement the line didn’t move fast.

Potbelly is absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is outstanding! All of their staff here is so kind, cheerful, and accommodating. You can really enjoy the whole place. Their seating is plenty and wide, you can literally occupy the specific space or spot you want. Potbelly is a very nice place for sandwiches. Especially to all those people who really love sandwiches and bread. Their cashier is organized and fast. You can get your order/s so quickly. They also have a famous chicken salad, chicken sandwich, and other special selections on the menu. Everything on the menu is worth trying! Their prices are also fair and you can literally try and order anything you want at such affordable prices. Potbelly is exceptional! Thank you guys for the delicious sandwiches!
