We love our sandwiches when it’s made by old staff. James is one of our favourite, he makes delicious sandwiches and his smiley personality will make your weekend good. But we have had couple of very worst experiences when sandwiches were made by new staff- once it was too spicy, the guy like put so many hot peppers and once it was too bland and no taste.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We have come in here a few different times and everything is always so great! The staff is always super friendly and they all have such a great energy. On 5/8, at around 7:30/8:00, we came in again for dinner and I can’t even begin to say how happy I was with the food and the staff here tonight. I got the BLTA and it was PERFECT! I usually end up not eating the very ends of the sandwich, either due to lack of enough ingredients at the ends or I’m tired of chewing by that point (LOL), but tonight, I could NOT stop eating! I ate every last piece of that sandwich and honestly considered going up and getting another one. To the manager, district manager, or anyone else in charge….check who was on staff, the night of 5/8/23 (again, we were in at around 7:30/8:00pm), and seriously pass along my sincerest thanks and gratitude! The young ladies working were awesome, amazingly friendly, produced some absolutely delicious food and were super super helpful! I don’t want to air their names online, without their consent, but I really hope you see this and share with them just how awesome I truly think they are! Some may think it’s just making a sandwich, but believe me….it can easily get screwed up. Here, it definitely exceeded all my expectations! This location is officially the only Potbelly location that I will go to (I’ve had bad experiences at other locations, but never a bad one here!) I would have included a picture of my sandwich, but it is GONE!! But believe me….it was PERFECTION!

Customer service is non existent. Terrible experiences A-Z. Corporate really needs to spend a week or two and see how this franchise is being run and representing the brand. It would be their best interest. A call to the health department is also warranted.

I really enjoy the sub sandwiches also the soup is really good❤ and now they have different sizes of Subs which is pretty cool and I noticed they’ve been filling a lot of catering orders it’s definitely a plus that the Wi-Fi’s fast and the food is good and the staff is friendly.

Wearing gloves is counterproductive when long pointed nails have poked through and are basically touching everything. That would definitely fail a sanitation inspection. Worked the food industry for many years!!!

The guy who was the. Cashier use the same rug to wipe the trash been and tables and trays this is completely unsanitary he never even wash his Hands. I love pot belly, but not any more this make me.sick wondering what is going on in the back

I really wish this place had a simpler ordering process. It takes you 3x to repeat your order. Once to the person making the sandwich, once to the topper, once to the cashier. If they had a ticket system, or cashier first, wouldn’t require you to repeat yourself 3 times.
