I only got soup this time which was so delicious the potato soup was amazing. I did go through the drive-thru so I’m not sure what the atmosphere really was. The guy at the drive-thru was very kind and helpful. I went there on Thursday January 26th. Whoever that gentleman was needs to be commended.

This is second potbelly for me. The staff was confused and so was I. Hard to find signs with information and staff didn’t know. I didn’t want to stay. I was treated as if I was expecting to stay. I gather most people don’t do take out. Had a salad and it was fine.

I love this place and have been going for a while now. They are fast and efficient. I went to grab a sandwich for my kids yesterday and the drive thru was closed. Shoutout to Olivia for going out of her way to make the sandwich for me at the window anyway so I didn’t have to get all my kids out in the cold! THANK YOU! Your kindness means more than you know!

Just started eating here about a week ago. Before that I had never eaten here before in my life. They sent out a bogo deal I think on Facebook or Twitter and I was a little tight on cash so I figured I would give them a try. The sandwiches were really good and man I have been missing out! It’s nothing that new but they do have some sandwiches you can’t get elsewhere and even if you did these have their own little flavor to them. Definitely a good switch from the classic sandwich shops I had become familiar with in the area. Workers are really friendly as well always have a great experience here using the drive thru. I have accidently went here for an uber order thay was supposed to be next door lol great food and location!!
