I went through the drive-thru on 8/23/23 and ordered an Avo turkey add mushrooms and a farmhouse salad and a cookie and the mushrooms on my sandwich were raw and the salad looked like someone had eaten out of it already. I called the store and spoke with Caden who identified himself as the manager and he did nothing but made excuses for why my sandwich was not made correctly and that all of their farmhouse salads were made this way. Cadens customer service skills were very poor and he refused to rectify my dissatisfaction of my order. I will be escalating this issue to his boss the store manager who he states will be available on 8/24. I have visited this location several times on my way to work and any issues I had were immediately corrected but today with Caden they were not. Im highly unsatisfied by his inability to communicate properly and offer a solution for their mistake. I will definitely follow up on a survey as well as with the store.

Food was really good especially the Oreo shake. Service was a bit odd and was difficult to understand the ordering process. all the employees have headsets on and you’re not sure if they’re talking to you or on the headset or what’s going on. For the first few minutes it was hard to even get I contact to get their attention. Really just felt like they didn’t have a manager or anybody running the show.

Went though the drive up tonight. Ordered a Wreck, no salami, substitute beef (like I ALWAYS DO), a pizza sandwich and a cup of soup. Comes to $28.00. I think “that can’t be right,” drive up and ask the kid. He tells me there’s an $8 up charge for the extra meat. I told him it’s substitution and I’ve never had that happen before. He tells me “sadly, this is how it is.” I drove off and left the order. 1) there was no “extra” meat, 2) $8 upcharge??? That’s a whole sandwich. We have gone to this location since it opened. Probably never again.

My potbelly experience this evening was amazing. The cashier was super sweet! (Sorry I didn’t catch her name!) however the best part was my pizza sandwich! I even started dancing, it was that good! I’ve almost gave up on potbelly but this has renewed my faith!

The girl with the glasses and cute tattoos is always so extremely kind. My sister has special needs and gets excited when she orders by herself and her excitement tends to have us take longer to order, but this worker is always so patient. She talks to my sister instead of talking to me or my dad which really says a lot about her character!!!! So sweet
