Given the bad reviews, I knew they’d mess up my order and make it lazily..but I ordered anyway because my usual Orland location was a bit further that day. I added additional and extra ingredients but most were not on there. The rest they tossed in little containers..the bread wasn’t toasted properly and the chicken was rubbery.

I like the fact that you can choose the bead you want white or wheat. But the choice to choose the skinny bread or regular bead is a awesome way to get your sandwich in line with your calorie intake. Choose your choice of toppings for your sandwich. Sandwiches served warm and tasty. Salads, soup, mac n cheese, cookies, chip choices. Thirsty enjoy a shake for a change of pace. Dining inside nice plenty of seats available. Clean and friendly staff.

I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and an avo turkey sandwich. The medi had nothing that comes on it plus the additional toppings I asked for were totally wrong. The avo turkey didn’t come with avocado. That’s literally the primary ingredient. The additional toppings were also wrong on that one. I repeated twice how I wanted my food to be made. I was pretty disappointed because I don’t even think the person tried making my food the way I asked.

If I could give this place zero stars I wish I could. I visited this potbelly location today just wanting to enjoy a lunch. My experience was ruined when I noticed an employee being verbally abused in the establishment. I couldn’t identify names of the person(s) involved in this situation. The employee who was getting yelled at was a taller boy with curly hair. I heard repeatedly the man who I assume was a manager cursing at the individual in an unprofessional form. I later saw how the employee who was yelled at was left behind scared and shaking. I don’t recommend people coming to an establishment where employee’s are treated like dogs.

Ordered the meatball sandwich because I received an promotional email promoting the sandwich. The picture in the email looked so delicious the email pretty much did it’s job and lured me to the restaurant in Tinley Park Il. OMG! First warning was there was hardly anyone in the restaurant at lunch time. My sandwich was dry with little to no sauce. And where the heck was the cheese?!! I haven’t been to this restaurant in over ten years. I really don’t think I will be coming back within the next ten years.

First time here. Heard about it alot and wanted to try it, came in here not knowing what to get and a guy named Jeremy helped me out. He was good and helpful, he was very patient. I made it clear no bacon and he replaced the bacon with turkey slices with roast beef. He washed his hands and changed his gloves. The place is spotless, super clean, very organized and relaxing. 235/10 strongly recommend! Great customer service

Ordered a delivery for a pizza melt and chicken salad sandwich. Pizza melt came with no marina and chicken salad sandwich came with no cheese. Called the store and was told that I was lying. This my first time coming to this location. I ordered online. I went for the BOGO special during lunch hour and they were not prepared AT ALL. I waited for over 20 minutes before my 2 sandwiches were ready. All of the customers that came in and placed their order were serviced before the customers waiting for mobile orders.
