Not impressed. We both ordered the “big” size $2.00 more per sandwich and yall call these big? I wonder what the regular sandwich looks like, yikes! My fiance was more upset with his because it barely had any mozzarella on it and it was their mozzarella sandwich. My turkey was okay, but the bread was super hard to eat. Maybe was cooked too long? Overall, we never eat at Potbelly’s and now most definitely wont order again.

I ordered the chicken salad salad with no cucumber, no cranberries and cheddar cheese instead of provolone. This was printed on the receipt ticket taped to the bag. Instead I received the standard chicken salad salad with cucumber, cranberries and provolone. This was a Door Dash order. Second time my order from them was incorrectly filled.

Staff is always so kind, I have a complicated order and so occasionally a mistake will be made but they always over accommodate me for the inconvenience. They seem to work hard to get sandwhiches out as quickly as possible to customers and deal with Karen’s very well! The employees have lots of patience, even when you can tell the customer is just looking for someone to yell at or free stuff, very impressed.

Friendly and accommodating staff, if there is a mistake made, they are very good at making it right. Shout out to the three ladies working tonight (whose names I foolishly forgot to ask) who remade the sandwiches from my order that got mixed up! And they were all wearing their masks properly, too. Today I tried to order through Uber eats spent a good twenty minutes ordering , then after 15 minutes after the order was placed, potbelly decided to cancel my order. Doing this one time would make me upset but I’d get over it. This is now the second time that they have canceled my order well after I ordered from them. If you’re not going to accept orders from Uber, then leave the app. This experience has officially cut me off from this particular shop. Will never step foot ever again. Such a shame.

Potbelly makes a good sandwich. What stood out tonight was the customer service at this location. I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up, a Door Dash driver had mistakenly picked up my order. The staff was apologetic and remade my order quickly and even threw in some cookies and coupons. They really went above and beyond to make it right.

I get the same thing every time I go and for some reason this day I paid attention to my sandwich. BLT no avocado on bigs multigrain add peppers and mayo. Open it up and there was two strips of bacon with all these toppings on this mini loaf. Very disappointing that this would be handed to a customer especially me at the whopping price of $12. Looking for a new sandwich place!!!

I had some kind of melt and it was good. Things got a little noisy with their food preparation which made it more difficult to communicate with my friend. Friendly service, even got a compliment on a bow that I was wearing. Tables and restroom were clean. In general, I would recommend this place.
