Potbelly has been good to me but I had my worst experience yet with my wait time. I ordered through the app and my order was almost 20 minutes late as they kept filling orders to people who were coming and ordering there. Better organization and communication please. They didn’t tell anyone they were behind until 3 different people asked.

Sorry but the lady with the red glasses doesn’t know how to make a sandwich, or she just decided to pour a ton of oil/liquid on mine. Not even kidding, my sandwich was dripping and bread was soaked. Never had a problem coming here until Ms. Red Glasses made my sandwich. She wasn’t very pleasant either. Nothing like paying $13 for a sandwich and having it be inedible

This location sits by a little pond, and has chairs out on a patio where you can sit on nice days. It is super relaxing and one of my favorite lunch spots. The tea at Potbelly is excellent, but it has been months since they had sweet tea, and that is a real downer for me. They keep saying the urn is on order, but it’s been far too long. It also feels like they might need to give staff a raise to bring in and retain the next level of talent.

First time eating here today and it was actually a pretty good experience. The people were very helpful and pleasant. Even though the line was clear out the door (actually generally a good sign) it moved along steadily and didn’t seem to have any glitches. The food was good and exactly as ordered.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches, flavor was good, seems like quality ingredients, just lacking in quantity. Lobby was clean, parking lot is a little strange. We got reprimanded 🙁 when we took a photo of the nicely decorated, yet mostly empty lobby / dining area. Kitchen / food prep appeared clean and organized, definitely a plus. I will probably try it again.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and man oh man! The farmhouse salad and garden veggie soup was so so good. My soup was wrapped in foil to keep from spilling and to keep warm, big plus for me. Another spot added to my lunch rotation. Oh and don’t forget to grab a sugar cookie, so soft and delicious.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their Turkey & avocado sandwich & their broccoli & cheddar cheese soup iz off the charts delicious & their dream bars r fire & their cookies r really good as well!! & the view of the geese & Lil pond rite outside their store iz beautiful & relaxing & iz jus awesome 2 look at while grubbin on 1 of Pot Belly’s best made sandwiches, soup & cookies !!
