Please read the 1 star reviews, they’re accurate. Tried this place for the first time on a Friday night, with an online order. I arrived five minutes later than the pickup time, but the food was not ready. There were a total of 3 customers in line and one other person waiting on an online order. After waiting in line to see if they could work on my small order, I was told to wait and it would be done shortly. As of this review, I’m still waiting 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.

never order potbelly, extremely poor experience that could fail your online order and tell you their ordering system was not able to schedule your order and automatically cancel your order. Customer phone support was rude as well.

Food was just alright. Absolutely awful customer service. Used to go to this place all the time and the workers preparing the food were more than happy to help. Unfortunately, it is blatantly clear now that they do not care about you and your order. Very disappointing, and not planning on coming back again.

Food is consistently good. I just wish the service was a little faster. Every other Potbelly I’ve been to is more efficient with the prep line/checkout. Belly Bites are a nice option for kids.

My dog eats better tasting chicken than the excuse of a bird they serve at this establishment. I got the chicken club and it was by far one of the most disappointing sandwiches I’ve ever consumed. The chicken was so bland and whiter than a leawood suburb. Tasted like absolute air, not even a grain of salt was added to it. This place wishes they were picklemans!

Do yourself a huge favor and drive to the location off college blvd. The staff at this location clearly does not care. Ordered a turkey avocado, they gave one slice of turkey, forgot the avocado, mustard and peppers on our to go order. Absolutely shameful location and work practices. We will take our business to the college location from now on.
