The food here is good although the grilled chicken is a little tough. The employees could have been nicer although they weren’t rude (the man actually making my sandwich seemed kind). Overall it’s clean but the bathrooms could use some work. The music was good (early 2010’s hits) but too loud.

Sandwiches are so good and made to order. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite, great flavor and it is thick and creamy. The staff has always been nice and friendly. The drive thru and lobby seems to close early for some reason the last 30 minutes the restaurant is open, but you can still go inside and order your food to go.

No manager, watered-down expensive milkshakes, and given old lettuce in my salad. When I asked for a refund for the watery ice cream shakes, was told the “district manager” would get in contact with me. I’m not impressed, and I can see why this restaurant is always empty whenever I visit. Many restaurants here in Arlington have very low standards and no management to oversee operations.
