It’s a sandwich shop and while the decor gives the place character the food isn’t anything special. A fairly limited choice of items when compared to other chains with lower prices or larger selections. Not good not bad, just an average sandwich shop.

First time here and I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie. And it was really good both the sandwich and the chicken pot pie… the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automatically toasted the sandwich and they’re Italian BMT doesn’t have as much meat on it as Jersey Mike’s… But everything else it was great.

Purchased The Wreck Sandwich and with the toppings it was a good sandwich. Went back and ordered the sandwich again then I realized for the price they charge you, they ONLY give you 4 slices of meat compared to their competitors SMH. Not again Potbelly I’ll visit your very close competitors in Atascosita that gives you more meat on your Sandwich for the same price.

Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I told her “thank you” and she replied with an “uh huh.” I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated “yes.” One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her “thank you” after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an “uh huh” again. A “you’re welcome” or “have a nice night” is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.

Good sandwiches but for the price I would rather go to subway or firehouse. Their are no kids meals or combos so you pay for each individual item you get which is unreasonable for a family that just wants a quick bite but like I said the sandwiches are good just not worth the price.
