Was in Houston on business for 2 weeks, pretty much ate dinner here every night. Always friendly staff, sandwich made to my request, no issues except once (Too Many Peppers) but it was still fantastic. I do recommend getting the Original Italian with Swiss instead of Provolone and add Double Bacon!! That’s the Sandwich to have!!! And those Lemon Cheesecake Cookies are So Flipping Good!!

Terrible customer service. No customers were in the store. One employee was stocking chips, one was in the back, was one the computer. 3 employees working, nobody in line to order and I waited 15 mins before they started making my sandwich. Placed my order with one person, she leaves, another employee finishes my sandwich and asked what toppings on my Italian. I didn’t order an Italian. Lol. She had to remake my sandwich. Then when I went to pay, she charged my card twice…. Never seen it bad like this at this place. Disappointed. Great food, terrible service.

The staff was very attentive to customer needs. I’m allergic to mushrooms and asked that they wash the knife used to cut the sandwiches in half to ensure that I didn’t get any cross-contamination. Not only did she wash the knife, she changed it out completely.

I just love potbelly’s… I get a regular turkey thin cut, which they remove some of the inner bread. The hot pepper are lit, definitely get them on your sandwich.. the jalapeños are fire.

Stopped in at this sandwich shop for lunch and was greeted very warmly. I went with the pizza melt and my wife had the a wreck. She wanted to get the avo turkey but they were out of avocado. She also tried the baked potato soup and I tried the oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and the spicy voodoo chips.

first time trying potbelly. signed up online rewards and got a free sammy! chose the pizza melt! coupon and app was easy to use. staff was polite and picking up the sandwich was super simple. sandwich itself had amazing buttery bread, and the meat was super flavorful. well deserved 5 stars!
