Our first time here. I had the chicken pot pie soup that was delicious. The salad was also very good. I want to try the BLTA next time. We don’t have this place near our home in Idaho so we have to travel here or to Utah.

PotBelly is one of the underrated sandwich shops here in the Denver and surrounding suburbs. If you like cold sandwiches, this is the place to go. At times, you may catch a musician playing music for the customers which I find quite pleasing and soothing. The customer service is outstanding, the facility is super clean and maintained, and the food is always great. If you’re not up to making the trip to PotBelly, guess what, they have a mobile app for doordash and if you don’t want to go inside, guess what again, this family has a drive thru! That is an added bonus. I highly encourage and recommend others to come here and support your local establishment during these trying times.

After seeing that castle rock had anther sandwich shop to choose from we wanted to give this place a try. It was a Totally disappointment. I understand with Covid and peoples want for business to treat them with respect many places are under staffed. But 45 minutes for a sandwich is madness. Since the Lobby is closed your forced to use the drive through that does not allow for one to leave. Your stuck there.

This review is about the service I received from Becky today. I told her that I wish she was there each time I come in to eat. The rest of the team is less than enthusiastic about working at Potbelly, but Becky is top notch. In the future I will be calling to make sure she is working, if she’s not I’ll go somewhere else.

I used to eat Potbelly’s when I lived in DC. It was very good back there. Food I received was not good and it was expensive it was $20 for a large meatball sandwich chips and a drink. Would not go back to feel nostalgic.

Ordered “Double Turkey” and this is what shows up at my door. This $18 sandwich has maybe 2-3 oz of turkey… very disappointing

Very rude/cold service here twice in the recent weeks. First time, maybe someone is having a tough day, give them benefit of the doubt. 2nd time with the same rude employee(manager?), I decided to leave and spend my money where they actually say hello and are not rude from the moment walk in the door.

Love this location! In my experience the drive through is super fast and never backed up. Employees are always kind and courteous. The subs are toasted perfectly. I have also gotten probably the best fast food milkshake I have ever had from them. The wreck quite possibly might be the perfect sandwich.

The only reason they don’t get 5 stars overall is because they’ve recently trimmed down the size of their sandwiches and are charging the same price for the larger sandwiches.
