So I ordered a Cuban sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Open the sandwich up looks like ham to me little pork someone clearly didn’t feel like doing their job. The soup had no broccoli and taste like water. No thank you I won’t be back

Incredibly frustrating experience with this location. I had ordered a couple of sandwiches on the Potbelly’s app and only received half my order. I called to complain and maybe have the rest of the order delivered but they said they couldn’t do that and I could only just order it again on the app. I was told they’d refund my first order. Unfortunately I was never refunded for it and even after weeks of calling back to check in on it, I was always told there’s no manager around and they’ll try again to refund it but it still has never happened. I was told to come into the location and it would be handled. I finally did come in and of course they didn’t know what I was talking about or how to help. They just took my info down for the 5th time. No one has followed up or offered anything to make up for the frustrating situation and there’s no way to get a refund through the app. So I guess they’ll just keep my money for food I never got.

Ordered a chicken salad requested 6 items on my sandwich, all were missing including the mayo, sandwich was super dry. Recieved sandwich for delivery, chicken salad between two pieces of bread, that was it. Called to talk with someone to find out why I was missing everything on my sandwich. Just said mistakes happen and to contact Grub Hub. I will definitely be hesitant before ordering delivery from this location again. Thank you Grub Hub, for backing up poor food delivery service.

Picked up a few items here and they did a very bad job with making my food. My sandwich had literally 1 singular piece of every item that was supposed to be on it to the point where when the bread was closed you couldn’t even tell it was a sandwich it just looked like a piece of bread. Also we got 2 salads and both were missing multiple ingredients it’s one thing to be out of items but if you’re out of half of what comes on my item tell me so I can choose something else. Very disappointing food for the price.

This was a great sandwich place. Finished everything on the tray. Their pot pie soup made my experience a wonderful one. I highly recommend the Mediterranean chicken sandwich. The bread was soft and that sauce they have is one of a kind.
