Couldn’t get the shake I wanted today because even though they had ice cream for shakes they were saving any ice cream for online orders. The manager, whose name was “Bee” made a snide comment about life not being fair and if I wanted ice cream to place an online order. Seems like this place could benefit from more mature managers who actually stock the restaurant properly and who don’t make customers feel bad for finding it bizarre that ingredients are reserved for online orders since they can’t manage their inventory properly.

Great flavor on the Italian sandwich, just a little smaller in size than I expected for first time visit and not a bigger option available. Lost star for less than eager customer service for a brand new place, however, will give them another shot soon as many friends love this chain. Heads up… parking lot was packed at lunch, nowhere to park.

Customer service was below par. Wife and I ordered the same thing, yet her sandwich is MUCH smaller in length. Was charged for 2 bigger sandwiches though. Mac and cheese is way over-cooked. The sandwiches are about as big as a wrap, not much to them. $20 + for what?? Won’t be back.

The soup and skinny sandwich for around $10 was filling and tasty. I would recommend the loaded bake potato or chicken pot pie soup. You can’t really go wrong with any of the sandwich options and you can really customize your sandwich with the unlimited toppings.

The general manager is really rude to customers. I called and asked a simple question and was met with hostility and aggressiveness on his end. As a general manager you should set the expectations for customer service to their employees. Never in my life have I ever had a general manager treat a customer with so much disrespect. There are better sandwich shops around fort collins with way better customer service than this shop.

Leaving two stars for taste and variety of selection. Execution is awful. This sandwich had the amount of meat you would use for a sandwich you put on regular bread at home. You should not advertise a sub and then fill it up with nothing but lettuce. I thought i accidentally ordered a veggie sub. Go to one of the chain stores and watch the meat content. It has to be proportionate to the thickness of the bread. I even ordered extra cheese but gained one slice. Very disappointed. Highly unlikely for me to return.
