Just got of the ER for heart condition and my sister from Mississippi asked what I wanted for lunch and a damn good blue cheese sandwich from Pot bellys was it. Sure enough got my sandwich and they even left a get well note with it! Sandwich was hot and great!! Well be back!

I have had good experience before but today’s order had avocado that shouldn’t have been used and turkey slice had unusual darkened edge. (And that is just cursory look at one half the flat bread delivered) looked at other half the sandeich and second picture added.

I’ve only recently started going to potbelly (last few months) and usually my food is good but the last few times have been questionable and I wonder if the employees even care. I had to drive back to get chicken because they had forgotten to put it in my salad. Today they decided that putting old avocado and old lettuce on my salad was acceptable even though they probably wouldn’t put it on their own salad and eat it.

The staff was very friendly and patient with us. Since it was our first visit, we took a bit to figure out what we wanted and they were helpful with all questions. The food was good and the atmosphere was welcoming. I enjoyed a half salad and half sandwich.

Having lived in Chicago I liked Pot Belly but this location needs improvement. They are always short staffed, prices are high, and make sure you watch them make the sandwich. Other choices around such as Firehouse Subs, etc so who ever owns this location get it working properly. Only one girl there today knew what she was doing other gal was new and another one was in the office doing who knows what.
