I love that they have giardiniera. That alone sets them apart from other sandwich shops for me. I like their toasted crusty bread too. I like that you can eat in there.

Potbelly was cool. It wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve ever had but it wasn’t bad either. I had the Chicken Club but next time I’ll try the Italian. The shakes were really good. Hand scooped ice cream and a cookie on the side!

After following on social media for awhile I finally had a chance to check this place out. Good sandwich shop with good options. You can get 3 different size sandwiches on white or wheat. You choose your sandwich and then after it’s toasted you choose your toppings from a list.

In from out of town and have always enjoyed a Potbelly sandwich and large pickle. We drove out of our way to visit and upon arrival it did not look like a normal Potbelly at all. It was occupied by (2) employees who did acknowledge us right away. After ordering and sitting down I added up what we had purchased and determined we were overcharged. Before I could address this, a large crowd entered and began to order so I started to eat my sandwich. It was then that I realized that I could only taste bread and turkey. I had asked for Mayo, Lettuce, Etc. but did not taste anything. Low and behold I open my sandwich and find (5), count them (5) pieces of shredded lettuce and maybe a teaspoon of mayo – that’s it. I get things are different these days, but it was not the Potbelly experience I wanted for $26.50. In the end, they were busy and we just left and will never return. I hope this was a one-off but if all Potbelly’s are moving to this format and pricing, we will not be availing ourselves in the future. Also, the did not have Giant pickles…..Whats up with that!

Solid sandwich for 10$ for the medium. My wife was happy with the small combo for like 10$. Surprisingly good value. I got mine as a salad (bowl with some lettuce) and was pretty happy.

Food was good but customer service was terrible, place was very dirty, napkin dispenser was empty and they had 4 people behind the counter with less than 5 customers total in the whole establishment so they were not allowed to blame it on a staff shortage. This was my first and last time visiting regardless of how good the food was.

This is the best sandwich shop in Las Vegas. Here is my rating Subway a 3, Jasons Deli a 5, Potbelly a 10. The toasted poboy bread is the secret. Order the big and have half of it later.

Only one guy working tonight and he had a large order before us. He took our order and put our sandwiches in the oven but he wasn’t finished with the order before us. So our sandwiches were sitting there after being toasted for about 10 minutes so we asked him to remake them and he didn’t even hesitate. He tossed them in the trash and remade our sandwiches for us we rushed them home and they were so warm and so delicious. Definitely going back. We are so thankful for him remaking our sandwiches.
