Young lady named Stefani was short staffed for open (I know it happens) was working her absolute butt off. Got my order out fast as ever while doing a ton of other tasks. Had a great attitude and made conversation to boot.

I ordered a couple sandwiches for scheduled delivery and they never came, I called and they were very apologetic and said they would get it out for delivery soon. I never received my food I have since called three times trying to get a refund and every time they say they will do it, its been more than two weeks and I still haven’t received it. I then emailed them and have not received a response. I just want my money back I don’t know what else to do.

I decided to give this place another chance after a bad experience 5 years ago. Waste of time and money. The extras I paid for on my sandwich were not done. I paid for delivery through the PotBelly website and then didn’t get the drinks I ordered. I called and they just shrugged their shoulders and said nothing they can do unless I came in (if I could leave and go in, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery). So, they steal your money and don’t provide the products and very clearly don’t care. Never again.

Potbelly mobile ordering is the worst. If you come here at lunch, its an hour wait. If you order 20 min ahead of time, people steal your food as Potbelly doesnt want to actually ensure no one takes your food. The employees know this and yet this place is still under staffed. Do better Potbelly

I had the chance to visit the Potbelly with a friend. It had a nice ambience. I tried Tuna sandwich. There was a large no of options to add to the sandwich. The portion was huge. If you are in the area, you must definitely try it out.

The staff is very unprofessional. I went there for a delivery pick up ( my first time there) and there was a guy in there who saw me come in but pretended like he didn’t see me even as I stood next and facing him. He wouldn’t make eye contact, acknowledge me there, or try to help me. A clear and deliberate attempt to ignore me.

First time and only time I’ll go. Despite being the only customer at the time. The two employees seem to completely inable to make my order as requested, with the modifications being very minor. Started with refusal to not toast the bread. I insisted that he was not allowed to not run the bread through their toaster oven, okay company policy whatever will go with it. But from there was unable to make two sandwiches accurately. Failed to put the cheese on both of them even though it’s a turkey and swiss sandwich. The remainder of the order was simple, my opinion to ingredients on one sandwich. Three ingredients on the other, the format of the ordering was all a cart in terms of toppings, so it wasn’t as though i was going outside of the normal procedures . Despite this somehow managed to mess up bull sandwiches, adding unwanted toppings to both. Getting wrong up. Included additional mistakes and oversights thouhh minor in nature. Only served as a cap to the whole experience. For the price and what proved to be not all that different of the sandwich from anywhere else I’d much rather go somewhere else where I’m sure they’ll get my order right and make me feel as though they’re actually paying slightest bit of attention.
