There was a brownish/blackish soft substance throughout the sandwich that I did not ask for? Maybe burnt parts from inner bread or something – I did my best to pick them out while eating. The Mac and cheese had small black dots throughout it so I did not eat. My stomach hurts really bad now from the sandwich. The taste of sandwich was subpar – it tasted like I could make a better one at home. I really regret ordering from here and at $21 for doordash delivery fee too.

Very consistent quality, been here many times for a quick lunch, always order the same turkey avo sandwich and it tastes very consistent, which is good for a chain. The parking lot can be a problem, at time it can get crazy crowded. Plan accordingly.

A gentleman making my sandwich rolls his eyes when I asked for buttermilk ranch on my sandwich, was also here a week ago and he seemed upset I was looking at the menu instead of the wall for what to put on the sandwich, The food was good but I could do without the attitude? The vibes are great at this restaurant. Ngl I come here like 2x a week at least. The staff are so nice and have a good energy. I think They’ve made my sandwich wrong like once or twice ever in like a couple years of going here, and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are wonderful. My only complaint is that they have Dr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper, but we all have to make sacrifices sometimes, don’t we?
