I don’t know who the cooks are here but I have ordered from here several times before making my review on this place. The way they make fettuccine Alfredo is like of a 5 star restaurant. The Alfredo sauce is rich and so good… I ordered through grub hub because I’m disabled but thought the restaurant deserved a great review (not just the app) Thanks for making the one meal that I love feel like a gold mine.

The food is usually pretty good, but every single time we order delivery, there is something missing from our order. There was a point that we were ordering weekly, but grew tired of having food missing then waiting for it to be dropped off. Especially when you call about missing food in the order and the workers are rude no matter how kind you are about the situation. Tonight I asked to speak to a manager about this because it’s overall ridiculous. Not only was I brushed off twice by the man who answered the phone, I clearly heard the manager talk smack about me asking to speak with someone in the background.”” Poor, poor service. We will not continue ordering from here, now matter how much we love the pizza.

Used to be a great place to get food, that was until in the recent months when we order there would always be something wrong! 1 example I got someone else’s order and had to wait another hour for mine! Tonight I order 3 combos with cheese no peppers and a meatball sandwich and the only thing right besides the fries was only the meatball sandwich. I probably will never order here again!

Wednesday June 15 2022 7:30pm!!!! Picked up a sausage and mushroom pizza. Got it home took a bite out of the 2nd piece and low and behold there is 2 twings in my mouth that were in my pizza. Giving them a call now! Spoke with a Manger and I have texted him the pictures. Will update on the response if he calls me back. Wow

I order delivery from Potesta’s on a regular basis. The food is always good; the order is always correct; and the delivery person is always kind and professional. The taco pizza, potato skins, and wings are my favorite things to order from Potestas. Plus they serve Coca Cola products 🙂

I call at 6:15 on a Friday evening. Guy picks up. I’m indecisive and have questions. I hear the phone blazing in the background. He’s picking up incoming calls asking people to hold. He couldn’t of been nicer and the customer service was excellent. I express my feelings on eating more of his time then I would of liked, but he politely brushed it off and said that’s what he there for. That type of customer service is a lost art, and I appreciated it because these kids had to eat.
