We decided to eat here instead of going out for dinner. Big mistake. After being seated and figuring out what we wanted, I ordered the mahi mahi. “We are out of that, we have no fish or chicken”. Thank you for telling us before we were seated. I had a choice of pasta primavera or a $47 ribeye as a main meal, a pizza, or a burger. Settled on a burger. No choice on how it was cooked. Had to ask for ketchup. Fries were lukewarm at best. Never asked us about drinks. Such a bad experience, so many things wrong. There were more things wrong than listed, getting frustrated writing this.

Don’t expect fast service. On a Tuesday evening with hardly anyone in the restaurant it took 40 minutes for them to make me a simple $15 Turkey club. Bar tenders are courteous though, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

I don’t think anybody was really impressed with the food and some people said it was all right but you know it’s hotel food and given the price of it oh my god it should have been a lot better but what are you going to do you know you’re kind of trapped at the hotel there’s not a lot of great places around there unless you’re going to hop in a cab and spend 20 bucks more so I don’t know what are you going to do.

The food here is really, really bad. I had four meal vouchers and there are no restaurants near the Sheraton, so I felt like I had to use my vouchers. I can’t think of a hotel restaurant with worse food. The pizza I had the first night I was there was inedible.

Just like some other reviews here, the medium burger I ordered came well done. It was almost a hockey puck quality. The staff is nice when you can find someone to take your order. They also have a fruit fly problem in November?

Based on my experience one night, i would not recommend this restaurant. They were overwhelmed so service was slow. And the food was not good. It actually was quite terrible unfortunately. I had the hummus and pita chips which were greasy and hard. They may have just had a bad night.
