Seated immediately and received starters quickly. Flavorful adult beverages: frozen sangria and sloppy beer were excellent. Great tasty main dish. Staff was attentive and always surveyed to address our needs.

Sadly, this is the only photo I snapped as we all were hungry and loved the food! We enjoyed every morsel. If you enjoy pork chops, you must try the smoked ones. This is the best Mexican we’ve enjoyed in a long time, very thankful to Nathan at The Artesian for the recommendation. Not to mention we couldn’t believe how affordable it was. If we’re this way again we will definitely visit again.

I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very busy, but soon started to pick up as the dinner rush came in. The food was delicious and I had no problem with the wait staff. I think the food was reasonably priced, maybe skewing towards overpriced, but it wasn’t a big blow to my wallet. Salsa and chips come with your meal, but queso costs extra, which is annoying. The queso was good though. It’s a little different than other restaurants I’ve tried. It has a kraft singles taste to it, but still good to me. I wouldn’t eat there again simply because I know other restaurants that will give me queso and salsa but the food was good.

My waitress was the only staff member NOT on her cell phone! Infuriatingly unprofessional…. To start, the green sauce is bitter and the salsa tastes like Pace. White queso is bland. Tacos are decent, as were the enchilada, beans and rice. Not great food but decently priced lunch menu. Not a fancy place by any means, either.

We were in the area from OKC. Local friends suggested Potrillo’s and we asked them to joined us. The food was exceptional, we couldn’t have had better service. We asked for suggestions and began with drinks. Margaritas and a martini for me. We ordered Molcajete. It’s fajita beef, chicken and grilled shrimp with sauted onions, cactus and bell peppers served in a large oven heated bowl and enough for 2 or more adults! It’s served with all the traditional sides…was delicious and we highly recommend it! So glad we ate here and will def return when back in the area.
