This place is great! The Nachos were fantastic! Fabulous Calamari! The Steamed Clams were good. I would have preferred to not have had them cooked with lemon juice. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. The bartender knows her stuff!. The owner is a sweet man. Thanks for a great night.

Hadn’t eaten at this location in many years and was pleasantly surprised. The owner put much into fixing up the restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. We went with a party of 6 for a birthday celebration and all six of us loved our meals which included a variety including steaks, duck and shrimp. Really excellent food. As for the steaks, they buy their own meat and butcher it on premise. Our waitress Jenna was excellent. Friendly, engaging and helpful with meal selections. It was a nice find. We’ll be back.

This place is the type of atmosphere that makes you feel like you are special. The bartender Johnny does a fantastic job, the food is great, and the owner Bob is often around because he takes pride in his restaurant, and appreciates his patrons, as well as the staff. Steaks, wings, burgers, seafood, ( calamari is always perfect) .Even if you are interested in stopping by for an after work cocktail, this will very soon become one of your go – to spots to unwind and make some good friends and enjoy even the happy hour specials . It’s clean, service is always good, this place does not disappoint!!

Went for Open Mic Night. Great entertainment & sound level was just right, not too loud & still able to carry on a conversation. Food was excellent, large portions, large pours on the wine. Attentive staff & accommodated my separate check request for our party of 18.

Discovered this place this year and I’ve been there numerous times since. So far the best Ribeye I’ve had and my wife says the same for her fillet mignon. Cooked to perfection. Next time I had the absolute best chicken cordon blue? Not sure of the spelling on that one. I’ve been hesitant on trying the gnocchi because it’s a steak house and I’m very Italian. Last night I gave it a shot and again this place did not disappoint. Side note, the second time we went the server remembered how we liked our drinks which is amazing. Service is down to earth and extremely friendly. Not once has the owner not come out and said hello. Overall, no business is perfect, but as far as I’m concerned it’s been a home run every time.

We had a delicious meal at the Poughkeepsie steakhouse. We highly recommend the French onion soup which is delicious and the calamari appetizer which is fresh and lightly fried with not too much batter. Our family got three different steaks from the menu and two different fish dishes and they were all amazing! The desserts were all delicious but our favorite was the banana cheesecake which is homemade. We will definitely return!
